For PSTs
Your PSM class, without the assessment seat gymnastics.
CohortStudio provisions Scrum.org assessment seats, syncs rosters, and issues branded completion records, so you can focus on the training, not the transaction.
PST operations
What you're dealing with today.
Assessment seat bookkeeping
PSM I, PSM II, PSPO I assessment seats have to be allocated, delivered, and reconciled per learner. Today that's a spreadsheet plus a browser window.
Two registration flows, one class
Learners register for the class in one system, then redeem their assessment access in another, then email you when it doesn't work. All avoidable.
Thinkific and Kajabi weren't built for this
They were built for self-paced courses. PSM cohorts need scheduled classes, live sessions, cohort communication, and assessment seat management, none of which these platforms do natively.
Scrum.org flow
How CohortStudio handles PST classes.
- 01
Define your PSM I / PSM II / PSPO I / PSPO II templates, with assessment seat logic attached.
- 02
List a session. Stripe-powered registration, no per-seat Scrum.org tax from us.
- 03
On enrollment, CohortStudio allocates a Scrum.org assessment seat to the learner automatically.
- 04
Run your class. Learner portal surfaces assessment credentials alongside class materials.
- 05
After class, reminders nudge learners to take the assessment. Pass-rate tracked in your dashboard.
- 06
Branded completion certificates and Open Badges issued, regardless of assessment outcome.
FAQ
PST questions, answered.
Do you actually provision assessment seats?
Yes. On the Studio and Network plans, our Scrum.org connector purchases and delivers assessment seats per registration. You're billed in bulk, reconciled per class.
What if I bring my own assessment seats?
Supported on every plan. Upload seat tokens in bulk and CohortStudio distributes them to learners automatically on registration.
Can I track assessment pass rates?
Yes. The dashboard shows per-class and overall pass rates, so you can see which cohorts are struggling and where your materials could use work.
What about Applying Professional Scrum or PAL-E?
Any Scrum.org credential is supported. The connector covers PSM I/II/III, PSPO I/II/III, PSK, PAL-E, PAL-EBM, and assessment-based offerings as they're added.
